You may request a refund from Transactions within 7 days of a Paystack payment for a course, bundle, live seat, or tuition booking, unless the lesson has already been substantially delivered. Wallet top-ups that have already been spent are not refundable beyond the unused balance.
How a refund is paid
Approved refunds go back through Paystack where the channel allows it. Tutor wallet credits that are still in escrow are reversed. Affiliate commission on that payment is cancelled if it has not yet been released, which is why affiliate earnings wait 7 days.
What the 15% means for a refund
The price you paid is the gross. The tutor's 85% and ConfiLearn's 15% are parts of that same amount. A refund returns the gross you paid, not a separate fee on top.
